I had a reservation at 5pm and I was running about Half an hr late and they were accommodating and understanding. When I got there I was expecting it to be a long wait but I was in and out within 20 min. I reserved a car but I was lucky enough to get a van (which i really wanted but price was too high). I would definitely use this location again.

The personnel at Enterprise car rental are very professional and polite. They made sure that I was taken care of when my vehicle was in the shop for repairs after a hit and run accident on the way home for work. The rental vehicle that I was in was very clean and spacious inside as well, I met my needs get back and forth to work and home. I would recommend Enterprise car rental to family and friends.
These people withdraw your deposit from your account ASAP, but take their own sweet time refunding your deposit!!! very unprofessional and then try blaming it on your financial institution!! I put my 2016 Dodge Challenger in the shop and they come bringing me a Hyundai Elantra!!! WTH!!! really!! I asked them who did they think was gonna drive that?? you have to bring me something in the class of what I'm driving!!
I came in the other day looking for a rental and that day started off horrible, But John came to my rescue and put me in a new car to take home. Tiffany and Keon also made the process so smooth. they were understanding as well as patient with my mother and I! i love my new van and so does my son! i will definitely be back for my next purchase!!!
