I recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!

My biggest issue was presentation. If we had an conversation through email, text and on the phone about a certain vehicle. I tell you that if you can have my payments where I need them to be then I will drive 2 hours to purchase. Then I feel as a saleswoman you should go above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is so clean that I wouldn't leave unless I was driving that car. I shouldn't come a week later and see my potential new vehicle on the lot missing a center wheel cap. That shows me your service dept isn't reliable. If they can't put a simple wheel cap on how do I know they installed breaks properly. Also left devices that belong to the previous owners that could potentially cause electrical problems later on but didn't have any knowledge on who hooked up the device either professional or other.

Man my sales guy was awesome he was patient, took the time to get to know my needs and he helped me get everything done. He didn't pressure me at all which is great and any concerns I had about the vehicle he made sure it was taken care of. If you need a car I strongly recommend seeing my new friend Hermann, he will make sure your are taken care of, questions answered, and comfortable when you pull off the lot. Come see him he works miracles.

The service repair managers are aggressive about getting your vehicle in and finding out what is wrong. I love the fact that I was able to pick up the loaner car and drop off my certified vehicle when it was convenient to me.

The General Manager, Isa Williams, was a good listener when I expressed what would make me a content customer.

My experience here was one of the best from the time I walked in until I pulled off the lot in my 2017 QX50!! I was gently greeted by every salesperson person there until I arrived in Shawn’s office. I must say Shawn is AWESOME! He listened as I explained what I wanted and worked diligently to ensure I left with a smile!!! And big thanks to Anthony for helping me learn and understand the features of my vehicle!!! Thanks Shawn, Anthony, and Courtney I am proud to be apart of the infinity family!

I called them to verify if what another dealership was telling me was correct. (Nissan) And to my surprise they told me I was being given misinformation, and to prove it they were able to replace my battery under manufacture warranty, something they other place said was not possible.

Kudos To The Entire Service Department, Integrity 100%
