Service Department was very helpful. Recently moved from LA to DC and needed to get my car serviced for its 5,000 mile checkup. Got a good discount as a first time member, and they continued service right where the last department left off. Didn't replace more than I wanted or needed, and were upfront about the condition of my car.
I recently came in for service for my 2007 Mazda3. I just purchased a new, non-Mazda car and came in to get my old car patched up before transferring ownership to my mom. So even knowing I will no longer be a customer of theirs in the future, I received outstanding service. This included overnighting a part (to work around holiday timing) and giving me a loaner car, all free of charge. I only hope the service for my new car is as good as Passport Mazda!
Nothing short of incredible. This is how the car buying process should be! I have been to many other dealerships in the Waldorf / Southern Maryland area and this is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Period. The staff were welcoming and attentive as soon as I walked in the door; everyone in a "Passport" polo took the time to stop and ask if I had been helped or if they could be of any help.
I absolutely love my car! I loved the process. For once, the paperwork made sense and i didn't leave unsure about anything i signed. I would highly recommend this dealership to any one. Way to go!
I was quickly paired with a wonderful sales woman named Tonya who is simply a saint. She walked my mother and I through the entire process and answered any question we had as thoroughly as she could. If there was a question in which she did not have an immediate answer; the manager came right to the desk and sat down (like a caring human being) and satisfied our inquiry. Professionalism, kindness and patience at its best.
I cannot speak more highly of Passport Mazda. Not only do they offer some of the most competitive prices in the area, but their customer service is outstanding, and in particular Slavenko and Kim. They were always incredibly responsive to my questions, and they were diligent in trying to get the sale but not in a way that was aggressive or unbecoming. They were transparent about the entire process and made it very simple. They even offered to pick me up at the closest train station in what would be the car I wound up leasing. The dealership itself is very modern looking and has a slick look to it. If you are looking for a Mazda, look no further than Passport Mazda.
We have purchased over 10 vehicles and this was clearly the WORST experience we ever had. Many dealerships have different ways to increase their profit margins, but this dealership used multiple techniques in a single transaction. We experienced everything from a Bait and Switch, to being lied to and having the advertised discount decreased, to being charged the Delivery and Processing charge twice, to absolutely refusing to do anything about a road noise coming from the tires. When we proved they overcharged us the Delivery charge to the tune of $1,000, they offered us only $250. We were completely outraged, especially with everything else we dealt with.
