The worst dealership I ever been to. I won't recommend anyone to go to this place. The sales manager name sabbir Khan at passport Nissan in Alexandria. He tell people to get out showroom and curse out people. I never been to dealership that was rude. Don't ever go to this people. I wonder how they put this kind of people as manager. Please stay away from them.

I went to Toyota Passport for my scheduled maintenance and staffs are not well educated specially Keenan, he is the one who helped me out and apparently he did not do a very good job on anything at all. I told him to not put my car for the wash list but he still did. He doesn't know what to do and his coworker already told him what to choose but still it took him forever to finish putting a work order. I was waiting for roughly about 10-15 minutes just to get my car dropped off which technically my appointment already have that information. And on top of that he have his family member just chatting with him while working(very unprofessional). So then after my long wait of getting my car maintenance they got it out of the garage, good thing Ashley checked it and she figured out that the technician did not change the oil. She immediately put it back in the garage for the technician to work on it. Keenan did not even know what was going on or he just do not know what he's doing at all. I waited an extra 30 minutes just for their mistake. Ashley then gave me a $25 discount to my account but still I don't know if I'm still going to go back to them because of their poor service. I've been going to Toyota Passport for years and purchased vehicles from them but the service just keep on getting worse and worse each and every time I go there.

Yesterday, I bought a vehicle from the Passport Auto Group and had an overall great buying experience. The finance manager was attentive and worked to meet all my needs as he negotiated a fair deal for me. The staff was courteous and accommodating. My only con was that the car could have been cleaned or detailed more on the inside. Overall, I would go back to this dealership and recommend them to others.

Had my Tacoma Serviced recently at the Passport Toyota. The service was very good and promise time was met. Price was fair. I would recommend.

(Passport Nissan - Suitland, MD) The dealership was unable to provide and prepare my spare key when I purchased the car. I was told to schedule an appointment and come back one day. Even more frustrating, I was contacted about a month after purchasing my car because apparently the dealership made a mistake with my paperwork and needed me to complete an entirely new contract. Not only does this mean that I had been driving and paying insurance for a vehicle with no contract, but my payments will now go past the initial end date. After letting the employee know I'd be out of town for a few days, I was threatened with the car being taken if I couldn't make it to the dealership. I agreed to allow them to take the car and I would get my lawyer involved. I was harassed with 7+ phone calls, and emails daily. The only incentive given was a full tank for me to drive one hour away from home to the dealership. After a sales associate finally met me at my home (awkwardly at 9 pm in the evening) I signed all the new paperwork, so I thought. A week and a half after that, I was contacted again with a harassing number of phone calls because yet again, "they" forgot to get a signature on another form. All contact numbers from this dealership have since been blocked from accessing me by phone. This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I regret purchasing from this location.
